Florida Innovation Hub at UF

Admission Criteria

To qualify for admission into the Florida Innovation Hub program, a company must be a technology-based startup that plans to develop and market science- and technology-based products. Companies must recognize that they are applying for more than space in a building; they are applying for acceptance into a program designed to provide assistance in a multitude of areas to position them for future success so that upon graduation the company is well-positioned to move into a more permanent space.

Companies accepted into the building will have a semi-annual review to assess progress toward agreed-upon milestones.

To apply to become an Incubator Tenant:

• Complete and submit a Florida Innovation Hub Inquiry Form
• Innovation Hub staff will contact you to discuss the application process and next steps.
• After you are contacted, complete and submit an application.
• The application will go to a review committee for recommendation on admittance.
• Upon acceptance by the review committee, you will be required to provide additional documentation as outlined in the application prior to moving into the facility.
